This attempt at street parking is so pathetic it’s hard to be sure it was an attempt at parking at all.

Unless of course you saw it happen. Unless you saw this car drive down the street and simply stop, without any real attempt to pull over, and then watched the driver and passenger get out, and walk the roughly quarter mile to the sidewalk.

If you saw that then you know the unfortunate truth – that the driver really did think this was an adequate attempt at street parking.
